Dennis DiTinno, is the CEO and President of the Liberté (Resort) Management Group of the Pinellas Islands, Inc. and Broker for the Land of Liberte Realty in Treasure Island, Florida, since 1987. Liberte Management professionally manages Timeshare Communities and Condominium Resorts while Land of Liberte Realty supports a strong sales and re-sales sister company.
As a professional in the management, marketing, sales, re-sales and development of fractional properties, timeshare resorts and condominium-hotels we have seen the continued growth of a great industry. Dennis’ lengthy career has given him an incredible vantage point on our industry from a wide range of positions: management, establishing timeshare resale ethics, corporate development, business ownership, consulting, national speaking and marketing, management.
He recently earned his Certification in the Fractional Consulting Industry. Currently there are only 28 such certifications in the United States.
He understands and has experienced the unique opportunities and challenges from the beginning of timeshares and special-built resorts in Florida till today facing our industry in our marketing, resale’s market and professional management.
As an industry author, Dennis’ writing credits include international, national and statewide publications in the St. Pete Times News, CAI (Community Associations Institute) and ARDA (American Resort and Development Association) Resort Timeshare and Lodging, The Trades, Developments and other professional management publications.
His speaking career for our industry includes engagements as both a keynote and support speaker as well as panelist positions for international ARDA, CAI and BITAC conferences on a broad array of topics from re-sales, management, marketing, vendor relationships, business development and unit design for future resort and timeshare communities to the future picture of our industry.
